1. Return & Exchange Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.
After 7 days, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
2. Eligibility Criteria

Because hair oil is a consumable hygiene product, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles.
3. Damaged / Wrong Product
If you received a wrong or damaged item:

Record an unboxing video (required for claims)

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will arrange a replacement free of cost
4. Exchange Policy
You may exchange your product if:
